Summer Skills Programme (SSP) 2011/12
The Summer Skills Programme (SSP) is for players who enjoy their football ALL YEAR ROUND. Now in its fourth year, SSP is open to players of all levels and all junior grades who want to improve their football skills, keep soccer fit, and have fun.
The programme is held each Thursday during the two summer school terms.

- Coaches will be at the venue from 4pm each Thursday.
- Tom Randles, district Federation coach, will oversee the coaching at SSP.
- Grade for both Term Four 2011 and Term One 2012 is by age in years at 31 December 2011
- TERM FOUR: begins Thursday October 27, 2011, and finishes on December 15 (8 weeks).
- TERM ONE: begins Thursday February 2, 2012 and finishes March 29 (9 weeks).
- Wear Club shorts and socks as well as shin pads and boots.
- Bring sufficient clothing layers and supplies, including a jacket, snack and a drink bottle.
- Players are requested to arrive five minutes early so sessions begin promptly each week.
- Collect players promptly at the end of sessions.
- Cancellation due to weather will be based on officially advised council grounds closure. Advice is available from the WCC phone line (04) 801 4134 or online at www.wellington.govt.nz/services/sptsgrds/index.html.
- Price is $60 per term.
- Alternatively, the price is $110 if both terms are paid in one transaction.
